The challenge of identifying opportunities in innovation for the creation of a new
product o to improve an existing one, is the premise of the proposed "Navigation Model
for Talent Managing to Discover Opportunities in Innovation" (GESTALINNO). It is a
model inspired by TRIZ, whose creator studied over 200 thousand existing patents over
the world to realize that particular actions are presented in one or more patents as
principles of inventive. The proposed GESTALINNO has the advantage of using
technology to locate the information of the "existing human knowledge" which is
registered on diverse platforms that reveal how the problems where created and how
were they solved.
